We collect only what we need to match makers with local fabs and keep your requests moving.
We keep your account details and print request data so fabs can quote jobs, reach out, and deliver finished parts. Location data is used only to match you with nearby fabs and is not shared with other users or third parties. If you choose to show your fab on the map, your city and country will be visible to users browsing for fabs, but your exact address is not shared. The location on the map is also slightly obfuscated so obtaining an exact address from the map is not possible.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Your data is stored securely on our own dedicated servers in the Netherlands, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking tools that collect personal data. We only use cookies for session management and to keep you logged in.
We use your data to:
- Verify your login and keep sessions secure.
- Match requests with nearby fabs that can handle your materials.
- Send notifications about quotes, updates, and delivery choices.
