About the Model A modern take on traditional Easter decorations. This design features a double spiral interlace —a combination of a delicate inner structure and a bolder outer lattice. The result is a visually complex object that plays beautifully with light and shadows. Available Versions The model includes two versions: - Single-color: Highlights the clean geometric lines. - Dual-color: Designed for multi-material printing (tested and printed on Bambu Lab H2D ). Note: Due to frequent filament swaps, this version has higher material consumption (purge/waste). Print Settings & Tips For the best results and print stability, I recommend the following: - Supports: To ensure the model remains stable throughout the print, use manual supports up to 24% of the model's height (slice layer 0.24 ). This provides the necessary anchor for the overhanging bottom curves. - Post-processing: Once supports are removed, a light sanding of the bottom area will ensure a perfectly smooth finish. - Material: PLA is ideal. Silk filaments work exceptionally well to emphasize the spiral curves. - Resolution: 0.16 mm – 0.20 mm layer height for smooth transitions.
