This model is a REMIX of 3Deddy's model from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4148260 It's modified to fit the Prusa MK3S+ printer and it has several improvements : - Smaller base, so it can fit to the printer bed - Divided plate on the base, so you can print it directly on the bed and it will have a nice flat surface - Divided Dremel 4000 holder, so it can fit to the printer - Cap for the pipe - Modified kable guide Print settings - PETG - 0,2 mm - 15% infill - Supports are needed for most parts BOM: - Aluminum (or steel) pipe - 22 x 2 mm (cut 2 pieces: 350 mm and 250 mm) - 625ZZ bearings - 5 x 16 x 5 mm (6x) - M5 Nuts (13x) - M5 Washers (11x) - Hex head screws: - M5 x 45 (1x) - M5 x 30 (6x) - Socket hex head screws: - M5 x 30 (3x) - M5 x 20 (4x) - M5 x 15 (1x) - Flat hex socket head screws: - M5 x 20 (4x) - M2 x 6 (1) You can buy the parts from Accu Components: BOM Assembly: - Mount plate to the base by 4 flat hex socket screws: - Mount 350 mm pipe to the base by M5 x 30 screws (3x), M5 nuts (3x) and washers (6x): - Assemble bearings and vertical guide by socket hex head screws M5 x 20 (4x), M5 x 30 (2x) and 6 nuts: - Mount 250 mm pipe to the Dremel holder by M5 x 30 screws (2x), M5 nuts (2x) and washers (4x): - Mount the top cap to the Dremel holder and 250 mm pipe by M5 x 30 socket hex head screw, then mount the cable guide by M2 screw: - Put a vertical guide to the pipe of the Dremel holder: - Assemble the vertical guide to the 350 mm pipe on the base by vertical guide lock knob, M5 x 45 screw, and nut. Then add a cap to the top of the pipe: - Glue together the lever and prepare the lock knob for the lever, M5 x 30 hex head screw, washer, and nut: - Assemble the lever (M5 x 15 screw): - Mount the DREMEL:
