Slugger: 4x short/2x full Nerf Flywheel Mag-fed Shotgun

Description
Slugger is a Nerf blaster that shoots either 4 short darts or 2 full-lengths per trigger pull, fed from a box magazine and propelled by a pair of concave flywheels. The hope was that I'd get better feeding than the P16 magazine  (also used in the ABF-8), better velocity (since you can get much more crush with only a 1-wide dart stack for shotgun flywheel feeding). Credit to torukmakto4 for the RapidMag Heavy design which this takes cues from. Still a bit of a quick and dirty design. Features a two-fingered, 25mm trigger pull, a 3:1 ratio (theoretical 75mm throw, actual pusher throw is 5~ mm less), grip battery (should fit 600-800 mAh 3S packs no problem, some 1000~ mAh packs also fit), and 130-180 support. The mags currently hold 6 "shots" (24 darts for short, 12 for full-length), or the limit of what will fit on 180mm cubed build area. Longer capacity mags are a WIP. The wheel geometry is a 7.5mm football gap defined by a 10.5mm radius, and a 2mm gap between the wheels. 37.5mm wheel max OD, 32mm root diameter, 39.5mm center distance cage. Tentative chrono testing with single shots loaded into a mag seems to show 150-170 FPS with shorts, 170-190 FPS with full-lengths, dart-dependent. BOM is roughly: - Any 130-180 20.4mm brushed DC motors that'll get 35k-45k RPM on your target battery voltage of choice. - 4x M2x4-5mm bolts for mounting the motors - 2x M2x10 bolts for switch mount - 2x M2 hex nuts - 10A mini microswitch, any reasonably reputable brand - 4x M3x30mm bolts - 3x M3x20 bolts (need an additional 1-2x per mag, to seat the drum springs too) - 1x M3 hex nut - 17x M3x10 bolts - 4x M3x6-8 countersunk bolts (you might be able to get away with running the pusher box with no bolts though) - 9x 3mm pins, 12mm long - 25x M3x5x4 heatset inserts - 2x 9657K75 springs off McMaster-Carr for the trigger - 1-2x Raider drum upgrade springs per mag - Random short (10-15mm) 4-6~mm wide spring for mag release
