For the best fit, measure your phone + case with calipers and customize the dimensions. Add 2-3 mm tolerance to your measurements. How to Customize In OpenSCAD: Open PhoneNightStand_Customizer.scad , go to View → Customizer. All parameters are organized into tabs: Phone Dimensions, Hook, Box Construction, Hexagon Pattern, and Pattern Offset. Key measurements you need: - Phone width (with case) — measure the short edge - Phone thickness (with case) — measure the thickest point - Bed frame thickness — measure the top rail where the hook sits Print Settings The model is already oriented for printing (opening faces up). No supports, no brim, no hassle. Tip: Silk PLA looks fantastic with the honeycomb pattern (see gold version in photos). Note on honeycomb pattern: The hex cutouts can be challenging to print cleanly. For best results, use a low layer height (0.12–0.16 mm) on the walls with the pattern. If you're having trouble or prefer a simpler print, the honeycomb can be completely disabled in the Customizer by setting the fill ratio to zero or toggling off all walls.
